1、判斷實際收貨日期規則:按照物流平臺顯示的實際到貨日期為準。如果買家不能有效返回簽收日期,則商家客服根據距離等因素和客戶人工確認實際到貨日期。
2、在商品無任何問題且不影響二次銷售的情況下,商家承諾:自您實際收到商品之日起7日內可享受無理由退換商品,退換商品返回運費由您承擔的情況下,可以全額退款。
3、當面驗貨問題:建議您在簽收務必當面開箱驗貨,如商品有破損,缺失漏件等情況,請第一時間拍照、請快遞員簽字,并與商家或平臺400客服聯系,以確保您的利益不受損失。如您未在簽收時開箱驗貨或開箱驗貨時商品無問題,事后發現商品有破損,平臺或商家將無法為您處理。
